Cancellation & Exchange Policy

How Do I Cancel an Order?

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our Customer Care team.

Any pre-paid order will not be allowed for cancellation. A credit note valid for 90 days will be issued in case of cancellation of a pre-paid order.

Exchange Policy

• All items bought from the Clearance Sale section are not eligible for exchange or refunds.
• For exchange of items that are not on sale, a credit note equivalent to the cost amount is provided. Cash / monetary refunds are not provided.
• In case the product does not fit you or you do not like it, you can exchange the same within 7 days for a different style or a credit note, subject to the applicable terms.
• Monetary refunds will not be provided.
• The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
• The item should be in its original packaging accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
• Returned items will be examined by our quality-check team. Items failing to meet the qualifying conditions mentioned above will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in such cases.

Exchange Process

In order to exchange a garment, customers can opt for one of the following two options:

1. Courier the product yourself

   Customers can choose to courier the product back to us at their own charges and costs. Sanaa Couture will not bear the return courier charges.

2. Return Pick-up Facility

   A return pick-up facility will be arranged by Sanaa Couture at a small charge. You will be informed about the applicable charges accordingly.

Credit Note

How to Use a Sanaa Couture Credit Note

A Sanaa Couture Credit Note can be applied on our website at the checkout page.

1. On the checkout page, enter the credit note code in the "Discount Code" section and click on "Apply".
2. The discount code will immediately be reflected and the applicable amount will be deducted from the total according to the credit amount provided.
3. For any issues in using the credit note code, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.

Cancellation Policy

www.sanaacouture.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, depending on the circumstances where the requirement could not be met.

The company will ensure that any communication regarding cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made within a reasonable time.
